Wade Koontz was a beloved son, brother, and friend who touched the lives of many with his loyalty and love for adventure.
Wade was known for his passion for the outdoors, motorcycles, travel and his dedication to growing his business Dis Burrito. He brought joy to those around him and leaves behind cherished memories.
Wade is survived by his loving family, and a wide circle of friends who will forever hold him in their hearts. A celebration of life will be held on November 2nd, 1:00pm at Ratio Beerworks.
He will be dearly missed but remembered for the love and light he brought into the world.
Donations
Wade spent time exploring many of the parks and trails around Colorado. He'd navigate his jeep, dirt bike, and wanding legs thought the states natural beauty.
Wade loved animals, and was the first to give a scratch to the dog when he walked in the door. He grew up with dogs his whole life, and as an adult gave homes to pups who were in need.
Lake McConaughy holds a special place for Wade. His family went every year to camp, fish and water ski. Dean, Wade's father, loved it so much he retired at the lake and built a small ranch.
